Standard installations of synthetic turf for residential and/or commercial applications often appear very short with “putting green like” blade length. Natural grass blades often measure 4-6” in length and are trimmed along the edges which create a ‘cut’ or ‘manicured’ edge to the lawn. The synthetic turf industry has largely made great strides in creating soft, attractive turf fibers for a realistic look and feel but has never been able to create the look and height of natural grass.
