“I am not a novice to artificial turf. Two years ago I had my front yard installed and never cease to enjoy the admiring comments of neighbors and passersby’s. This winter I made the decision to put turf in my back yard as well. It was under siege by gophers and required constant care — watering, fertilizer, mowing — and still didn’t have that east coast green look I grew up with. In two years there have been a number of changes and improvements to the products, so I did my homework and sought four estimates, including the company that did my front lawn.
